Pre-Orders
Please be aware that while all pre-orders will be fulfilled, date of
fulfillment is subject to stock on hand. Pre-orders are on a first come,
first-served basis. Yosko LLC cannot therefore guarantee shipping dates.

Paying by Credit Card
We gladly accept most Major Credit Cards. We may assessed a credit card surcharge at time of transaction.
Please see our Privacy and Security Statement for more information about your
credit card safety. If your shipping address is different from your billing
address, Yosko LLC requires that this address be listed on your credit card
account as an alternate address for shipping purposes only. You can contact
your credit card company by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your credit
card. Yosko LLC requires the "ship to" address to match the
"bill to" address or the alternate address of your credit card to
protect our customers from credit card fraud.

Shipments
If your package is lost or damaged, please send us an e-mail at customerservice@yoskosolutions.com.
At this time we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
(Please note: Unfortunately, Yosko LLC does not cover shipments made using your
shipper identification account.)
International
Shipments
We do not accept or send international shipments. We are unable process
international software downloads.
(NOTE: Shipments that are not retrieved from customs are not covered by our
insurance.)

We ship orders the best and most cost effective way including FedEx, UPS and USPS.
Software Downloads
Software downloads are subject to the applicable End User License Agreement
("EULA") and our software download procedures. Upon verification of
payment, you will receive an e-mail with download instructions.
Signature
For your protection, all 2nd day and Priority shipments require a signature at
the delivery point. Ground deliveries may not require a signature for delivery.
Tax Exemption
If you are a tax-exempt customer in the state where the product will be
shipped, email us at customerservice@yoskosolutions.comto
pre-qualify. For your convenience, your information will be kept on file for
future purchases.
Pricing

Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change
without notice. Due to the unpredictable nature of the computer market,
descriptions may not reflect current technical information. Any typographical,
photographic or specification error in products or pricing on our web sites is
subject to correction.
All orders placed over $2,000 (US) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable
method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance program.
We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval
before we complete your order. We will not complete your order until we have
your approval. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to
prohibit sales to resellers, even after we have received and confirmed your
order. Published prices do not include shipping, sales tax and insurance. Proof
of purchase and postage may be required for rebates.
Warranties
Limited Warranties
Yosko LLC does not warrant other manufacturers' products sold. The products are
backed by the limited warranties of the original manufacturer or publisher
only. Consult your product documentation for specific limited warranty
information.. Downloaded software is subject to the EULA and may not come with
manuals or disks. We recommend you review the software publisher's policy about
manuals and disks prior to your purchase of the software.
New Product
Manufacturer's Warranties
All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The
warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product.
Returns
Items purchased from Yosko LLC and returned within 14 days from the date of
purchase with the original receipt or invoice are eligible for refund or
exchange. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 14 days from the date of
purchase. Items must be in new condition, including the original box,
packaging, manual and accessories.
An open box fee equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any
opened item, unless the item is defective. The 15% open box fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange.
Opened software and consumables such as ink or cleaning cartridges and paper
may ONLY be exchanged for the exact same item and may NOT be returned for
refund.
Yosko LLC will not accept the return or exchange of any item if the UPC code
has been removed from the packaging.
Refunds on cash or check purchases in excess of $250.00 will be issued by check
from Yosko LLC's corporate office within 10 business days of the return date.
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same
card (credit card must be presented at time of return).

software downloads
Software downloads are subject to the applicable EULA. If you successfully
download software, you may not return the software for a refund. . If you are unable
to download the software, you may be eligible for a refund. To request a
refund, you must contact our E-Commerce Customer Service Center at customerservice@yoskosolutions.com
within 14 days of purchase. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 14 days
from purchase. Yosko LLC will only accept returns of downloaded software in
compliance with the applicable EULA. A signed letter of destruction may be
required from you prior to a refund being issued. Refunds on purchases made
with a credit card will be posted to the original credit card used at the time
of sale.

Training.
Courses not offered as vocational training or as qualifying one for any
particular employment. Course credits not transferable to any accredited
educational institution. Please note that our introductory classes in word
processing provide an orientation to new software and not training in word
processing skills for employment.

CD-ROM Statement.

Monitor displays are simulated. Monitors are not included with computer systems

56K modems are capable of downloads at 56Kbps, but speeds in actual use may

MHz/GHz denotes microprocessor internal clock speed; other factors may affect
application performance. GB means one billion bytes when referring to hard
